i dont think you understand, it doesnt matter who initiated contact with who first. the fact is, and all that will be seen unfortunately, is that your friend had sex with a minor and you had these minors in your house drinking, therefore you contributing to a minor(s).
as we all know, the legal system isnt fair and what will be looked at is 30, 15, sex and drinking and that is it. then again, this may end up being nothing because no one will say anything. you may be worried for no reason BUT it is better to be worried now just in case something happens. if nothing happens, you learned from this so as not to make the same mistake again.
