I am promoting offshoreclicks' dialer program now but the pay rate seems to low comparing to the others, and the stats server always has problem too. My question are: how does a dialer work? If a surfer downloads and uses the dialer for 30 mins, I'll have commision for that 30 mins, and what if he log of and use that dialer 2 days later, do I have credit for his second dial?
