Erm, if they're in the middle of stealing a camera, they aren't in the middle of doing other stupid shit.
Though, I think they're all pretty much on the same level actually.
If people go around stealing peoples things, then the person they stole it from, would probably be too pissed, than to turn around 5 seconds later, light up a crack pipe, and gobble on a collared workers' knob.
