People are already ignoring what they've just read obviously, or they missed all the salient points. No surprise.
Point is he knew he wasnt acting right, he sought advice, was advised to see the combat stress control team and repeatedly stated that he wanted to STAY in Iraq. Yet his major seargant sent him home anyway charging him with cowardice.
"Staff Sgt. Pogany was ready to work through it. But he was never given a chance"
Later the charges were reduced, then reduced AGAIN, and now that he's stated he WANTS a court martial, the military prosecutors only response is that the statute of limitations is 5 years.
I wish Pogany luck, not that he needs it with the piles of evidence he has.
