I disagree.... this gal has a great shape, an awesome topside, and is obviously not "surgically enhanced". She's probably comfortable in her own skin and that's not found every day. She's now BBW that's for sure but she's an extremely hot. I'd roll with this one. Some people look at "enhanced beauty" as being a perfect 110 skinny. This gal is in the middle of fake and BBW meaning "Normal". It will convert if done properly.
