My experience with dating sites has been strictly out of curiousity.
The results were that I'd receive emails almost everyday from "attractive" single females wanting to talk to me despite that my profile was incomplete, contained no picture, and described myself as unattractive. After 10 emails like that in one month and you begin to wonder how legitimate the service is. Somehow I don't think there are truck loads of beautiful woman just vying for a self-proclaimed, low income, hobo
But I guess that's how they try to get you to become a paying member sometimes.
