I obviously don't know the circumstances of any traffic deals or anything, but I'd think Chaos could do a better job of disappearing than that if it was true.

For 20k if you are that hard up for it you can disappear really well with it but would be worthless but I think it is just a case of two people missing each other and with convetions and his " nelly " party he went too
