Rule #2
Girls are well aware of Rule #1 so if your girlfriend is hanging out with guys, she:
1. Already had sex with one (or more) of the guys
2. Wants to have sex with one (or more) of the guys
3. Wants to steal one (or more) of the guys
who want to have sex with her friend

Rule #1 is true for the most part but I don't agree at all with Rule#2. While guys may not want to be "just friend" girls do.
