I know the shoot style is amateur, but the lighting, angles, makeup, and hair aren't helping her look pretty. I'd bet that with a photo shoot style makeup job, hairstyling, flattering lights and angles, and decent background, she's look fairly cute. Not hot, but fairly cute.
Heck, shoot 1/2 of the supermodels with the same makeup, hair, and lighting as these photos and they wouldn't look too hot either.
So you have a decent model to work with if you work on flattering her looks in your shoots. Good luck
