My wife recently quit dancing and the clubs she danced at loved to blame the Internet for a decline in customers.. which I, personally, find a little odd.
While I can't speak for anyone other than myself .. I can't see how someone who goes to a club can get the same experience from a porn site.
I go to strip clubs to have fun with my friends and my wife. We enjoy getting a few dances, having a few beers etc. I don't get off on it. I don't rush home and immediately want to tug one out. It's just a fun experience.
Porn and strip clubs have different purposes and fill different needs IMO. Strip clubs are, largely, a social endeavour. Porn is solitary and purely sexual.
Although .. perhaps there are those out there who have never been to a club and would go were it not for their Internet porn. But then again .. we've had porn on VHS and magazines long before the Internet and the clubs never complained then .. or did they?
