To whom this may concern:

I have noticed that over that past month I have had some returned checks. Now I know this is part of the check game. However, when a member e mails me and says "why can't I access your site any longer" I start to believe it's more than just a returned check but an error or a denial on a valid check.
This has happened maybe 4 times already. Any ideas on what it could be?
