I tend to shy away from people who don't/can't know what I do for work, because then I always feel like I'm hiding something or have to be somebody I'm not. People who I can't be myself around tend to make me uncomfortable.
I mean, obviously I don't go out and wear a sign around my neck telling everybody what I do, but if I'm getting to know somebody, it's nice to not have to lie about stuff, ya know?
