Guess again friend... you can catch genital warts and herpes even if you use a condom properly.. and there are other stds as well that a condom will not protect you from.
However, it does protect you from the scariest of the stds if you use them right... so that's good news.
I've heard from my doctor that one in three women carries the virus for genital warts, and a large percentage of them don't know it because they aren't showing symptoms.
On top of that, men usually don't show symptoms at all with genital warts, so the majority of them are running around not even aware they are spreading an std.
