1 small onion
2 lg cans dark kidney beens

Salt pepper garlic salt to taste chili powder (hot).
Brown ground beef and season with spices... while the beef is browning... cut and add your peppers... cover and cook on low for about 20 min.
Add the 2 cans of kidney beens (DO NOT drain the juice) stir
Add the two cans of sauce
season again with salt pepper and garlic salt and chili powder to taste.
Enjoy
ps - those are the basics... certain brands of sauce, and spices will vary the taste of the chili... will not say what ones I use... it's a secret

Forgot to mention... you should let this cook an hour - an hour and a half after adding the sauce on low and stir avery 15 min or so.
Also... another very important item.... DO NOT drain all the grease from the beef... that is where a lot of the flavor comes from.... in fact... if you use real lean ground beef... or ground serloin... don't drain any.
Let me know (if you make it) how you liked it
