Hey keep it up cardio will make you lose more weight big time. I started back at the gym 2 months ago I do 1hr of cardio 2 times a week and 30 mins the other 3 days I go during the week. And I also lift weight 5 times a week. I lost over 15 pounds since a start back at the gym feeling better than ever. Finally starting to see my abs well four of them anyway the bottom abs seem like they will never come.
