I think originally they were put on some race cars to help push the car down for better traction.. but now to impress the ladies for sure.
guido glow always gets me going...
or when they put big "ALPINE STEREO" stickers on their cars
that's like saying "YO, I"M IN HERE... STEAL ME NOW!!"
