as the epidemic gets worse the state has mandated that the lower the IQ the more "bling" a car must have...
For example.......
If a young white male insists on calling people "B" as in
Yo what up "B" you down to run dat thang for a fin cuz.......
the state requires that not only is this person to have a prominent wing on the car but will also have a steering wheel sized tachometer.....and some neon tubes under the car.....this is obviously to let other motorists that a painfully stupid person is in close proximity.
