In the state of california it is mandatory to have a wing...or fin as you say on the car if you have an IQ below 80
This way it easily identifies you to other motorists who are not as painfully stupid so they know to use caution....it is also a way to let other morons know that you too are a moron.....often you wiull see them pull into parking lots and gather....very tribal
as the epidemic gets worse the state has mandated that the lower the IQ the more "bling" a car must have...
For example.......
If a young white male insists on calling people "B" as in
Yo what up "B" you down to run dat thang for a fin cuz.......
the state requires that not only is this person to have a prominent wing on the car but will also have a steering wheel sized tachometer.....and some neon tubes under the car.....this is obviously to let other motorists know that a painfully stupid person is in close proximity.
