Last night I challenged everyone... ANYONE to provide facts on David Stodghill. This is what I wrote (the facts I received this morning will be written about after the bold/italics):

Like I said, I see some disturbing threads about Dave.

People just need to get some facts and then I'll be all for them dogging on him. Is that poster still around so he can post a follow up? I don't think so. That's too bad. I'd like to see him post what eventually happened, and then I'd like to see Dave reply to him.

I care a LOT about business. That's why I say stuff like this in threads about Dave. The kids on this board care about drama. They don't care about facts. Business works based on FACTS and not on ALLEGATIONS.

I've spoken to Dave on the phone before. And for every single accusation that he's been accused of he has a good, logical answer that makes perfect sense. Since those accusing him never have concrete proof, I give him the benefit of the doubt.

I firmly believe in "innocent until proven guilty". I think Dave MAY be a not-so-good guy. But what I THINK doesn't matter. Only what can be PROVEN matters.

All I can say is that he's never scammed ME. And he's never scammed any of my close friends.

And that's a FACT.



This morning I received the FACTS I requested. Unfortunately for me I had to promise not to reveal the source. I wish I could, but this person requested more than once that I not reveal the source. Also, if I even mentioned the nature of the FACTS, it might allow Dave to determine the source.

I believe in "innocent until PROVEN guilty". I would like to thank the person that provided the proof. Dave will never again receive a word of support from me. In fact, if someone convince me that they'll stick out a case against Dave and have a chance to win it and I'll help with the legal bills.
