Countrywide sat on my paperwork for 4 weeks, and decided in the last day of my lock that they wanted this, and that, and the other damn thing.....


i was actually gonna give them what they wanted...... still could.... But sitting out on the deck & watching the sunrise this morning over coffee, I decided instead, I'm going to the beach. No cell phone, no email, just me & a bottle of sunblock. And I'll probably fall asleep in the sand, and I'll probably get sunburned. But the rest of the world can straight up kiss my fuckin' haole ass.


as for Countrywide.... they can fuckin' choke on their demands. My shit sat on some incompetent asses desk for a fucking month, and now, 1 day before I gota sign or I lose my lock, all the sudden the emergency factor falls on ME?

I don't fucking think so. I know my equity line is nothing to them, but I hope that c u n t in O'ahu gets assfucked today when her boss gets the phone call from me.
