Sneezy, you're 50% right.
It's not true that dialers are loosing ground, it's just a market that is evolving and that is under a more strict supervision by consumer associations and telcos.

Quote:
1. less dail-up connections world wide; every day more and more modem/isdn users are switching over to cable and dsl;
True, but this only means more people use the Phone2Enter solutions that usually all the dialer companies offer to their webmasters.

2. due to surfer abuse with high rates for lousy content en and multiple scams with autodialers, surfers are avoiding dialers like the plague;
Every day there's new users, same new users that still pay for conventional hardcore movies instead of downloading them from kazaa!

3. more and more surfers are becoming experienced users of their PC and the Internet. Resulting in secure browsing instead of clicking "ok" in every download or active-x screen they encounter;
Same as above.

4. local government interventions; In Europe the use of premium rated numbers in dialers has become stronger regulated. Just look at the new rules that apply for Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Austria. More countries will follow I expect;
True, but this only means that only the biggest and more serious ones will survive.
Dialers are a good business for telcos, and they will never allow this biz to disappear so they will just want to deal with the most serious and biggest companies.

For all these reasons I think NCC is the right choice.
