And another thing, people forget about whats linked off their page, they may get 2 off yours 1 off the next site and 3 off the next page - you have then killed each other off.
When a guy walks into a used car showroom looks around and walks out does the salesman club him over the head and say "get your fucking ass back in here and buy a car"
No, he probably goes to his manager and says "I think maybe we should change the layout of our showroom"
