I've heard of guys injecting cocaine into their penis to keep it up before but this takes me back to when I was 18 and a bar manager in a nightclub, we hosted a 'ladies night' with a bunch of male strippers, I took them a tray of drinks to the dressing rooms before the show and found them putting clear elastic bands around the base of the shaft to 'trap' the blood flow so they would stay hard through out the show.
