listen, you don't know who I am so please don't assume I do not know what you are going through. I have had customers drive me nuts enough to jump off a roof but never ONCE did i let THEM know that. Business is business and if you don't have a good reputation you have NOTHING. If you can't be patient enough with customers who have a "hard time buying" then you should hire someone who CAN deal with them. If they are your customer it doesn't matter if you have to send them 20 emails or ICQ them 50 times or hold their bloody hand and upload it to their site personally. You bend over backwards trying to please What that does is get EVERYONE on your side thinking you are almost a GOD with the patience of a saint and they will recommend you to everyone! Act like frustrated child in desperate need of a nap and everyone runs the other way thinking their experience with you might be like this guys was. Don't count the number of POSTS in this thread...count the number of views....this is how many people you had your temper tantrum in front of.
There are a ton of content providers...buyers can go anywhere.
