Yeah, no shit...but a stock at $0.06/share is no likelier to move than one at $60.00/share, and it's riskier. 'Cheap' does not necessarily equate to 'bargain'. There's so many legal issues, which are not carefully enough addressed on the site, for me to jump too quickly.
