Set up Outlook Express to check for new email every 1 minute. Signup for Big-Penis and EraserCash.Com, both will email you when you get a sale. If you use ARS a lot, then download the webmaster software. There ya go... you're half way to a cure.
For sponsors that I promote heavily, I check every day. Other sponsors I'll check every so often like every week. By the time that I've been around all of the sponsors, I could start again at the beginning again and have very different figures in there, hehe
