It has been over 48hours since my original request. I can only assume the answers to my legitimate questions.

For those that missed them, previously:

As requested earlier, I am still anxiously awaiting your response to the below questions. The first 2 should be real easy to answer, but yet you avoid them. I would have major issues if my hosting company was run by a person who was not a US citizen and could be deported at any time. On top of that, putting my entire business in the hands of an 18 year old child who spends his entire days pissing in a chat board.
Again, the questions are:
1. Tukhman, are you a US citizen?
2. Tukhman, are you 18 years old?
3. Are you stating that your equipment was NOT moved from the Level3 facilty to the Verio facility.
4. You stated in the past, and just recently, that you have bandwidth from AT&T.
How come, tracing from AT&T's own route server, I take only Verio to your network?
5. Are you stating that you are NOT deliquent on your invoices with Level3?
6. Are you stating that you were not told to, 'Vacate our Facility', by your Level3 sales rep?
7. In your initial post you stated:
'Klein, Zelman, Rothermel, & Dichter, LLP., the attorney firm that represents Like Whoa, is currently in discussions with the Level (3) legal department'
Is this because you are considering suing Level3 or is it more like Level3 is filing suit against you?
