When PC's started taking off in the mid 80s there was a sudden demand for programming books. Most of the programming books in print at the time had been written in Japan. The Japanese books were translated into what the Japanese publishers 'thought' was English, and then shipped to the US market. They were mostly, however, random English words strung together and separated by punctuation.

That's what his posts read like. He probably has something to say and thinks he's saying it in English.
