i agree. ive been running for four miles everyday since i was in highschool. i get up at five and pound on the streets even if its raining (but not that hard) or even when im real sleepy. i know it would help me keep fit, and that by the time i reach old age i wouldnt be able to work out that much. plus i think i have the metabolism of a horse. never was fat, though, i was a skinny kid.
