Yes... The ID shows a birth date.

And it shows the date that the ID was issued.

In this case, the ID was issued when the model was 17.

Therefore, the ID does not prove the model was 18 and is useless.

This kind of proof is basically useless anyway. The ID with a birthdate and date the ID was created could be 18 years apart. But it does not prove that a picture set was created when the model was 18.

The only way to do that is to have a picture ID with 18 years between the birthdate and date the ID was issued... with the model holding the ID to her face in the same clothes she wore in the shoot.

That would be better.

Otherwise, a photographer can shoot content... wait a year... and then create the proof of age documents.
