Serriously though, I think people are afraid. They think that if they kiss the ass that it will keep another monkey off their back and perhaps even help them get a buck or two. If you ask me, they are just selling themself out. Self respect is the best thing in the world. Yas hit the nail on the head with this one. Kiss your own ass and let the world follow.
