Brown recluses like to hide in wood and other nice dark undisturbed places. I think I have had about every major posionous spider in my house this year. I had a black widow living in my computer room for a while till i thought about the reproduction factor.
If you must exterminate, but they dont reproduce like cock roaches and just keep an eye out for them
