I had him correct it and brought the link ;) still could be a risk but there was a reason he was not passing PR that I could see and its been corrected.

Good luck but I think he put that robots text after he got caught by google for selling links so he could use that as an excuse.
Anyway if it does pass pr you wont need to trade links with anybody for a while.
