I moved to techiemedia at the end of last year. I made the switch not for pricing (which was great), and not for the hardware (which happens to be the best), but because I had a problem with a site techiemedia was hosting.
Jim called me back promptly and helped me resolve an issue with someone on one of their virtual accounts. We spoke for a bit and I was taken back at the care I was getting over a fairly small matter and I was not even a paying customer. I inquired about the various plans they had and Jim was more than willing to work with me on setting up exactly what we needed and at a price I was more than comfortable with.
To date the support has been more than excellent, any problems have been always given top priority, and not once have I felt like I was being nickle and dimed over small things that so many hosts charge for.
I would not host anywhere else if given a better offer, which I have been on several times.
