no you're 100% correct. Girls can have zero dollars, go out to a place like Cats and get shit faced drunk, and probably get into whatever else they want while they're at it.

I'm 22 btw - and just discovered a well hidden blues club in the ghetto of my town. Every last friday of the month is "White Night".. Not really allowed there any other times. But I'll be there once a month 4 sure. .
