Sure it is, you just need to be more creative with the uses. If he's building free sites and AVS sites, there's 2 uses right there. Build some AVS premium sites and you have another use. Maybe a TGP gallery or two? There's another use.
A bought set of content should be able to give you 2 runs. Just spread them out. Buy 20-30 sets today and there's 2 months of content for you.
