How do we stop this madness you ask..floss everyday and go in for regular check ups.
when these bacteria get disturbed (flossing will do it), they roll up into little balls like rolie polies for 24 hours.. this means during that time, they dont eat, reproduce or shit..if you keep disturbing these bacteria on a daily basis, you can knock the major colony out of your mouth and be on the way to healthier teeth and gums...
dont share toothbrushes fools.. there is a good reason!
