A quick history lesson for you. Most of the german army was decimated by the winter weather and no supplies... not by fighting poor Russian kids, with no weapons or no bullets, ordered by their officers to run unarmed into combat.
When Germany invaded... Russia had no armor. Russia had no artillery (what they had was outdated and innefective). Russia had no real air force. Russia still had calvery when Germans rolled in with Tanks and began decimating them.
Germany was defeated by breaking the cardinal rule of war and fighting on several fronts at once... not because Russia did anything. If Russia was so awesome and powerful, why was St Petersburg blockaded for 3 years (over 900 days) with people starving to death and eating each other?
Russia lost 30-40-50 million people... that is only a victory to the mathematically challenged.
