Thats not the point... he is the leader of GERMANY and there are germans buried there, so its clear what he had to do. Were they less germans because they fought the Allies? Besides, most of the people buried in the german cemetary were regular wehrmacht soldiers, there are non or little SS soldiers there, who you can say were the real nazis.
