Tam, I feel your pain. I've been through roughly the same bullshit twice within the last two years. What's worse is these people called themselves my friends.
The only thing that keeps me going is that there seems to be a darkness that follows anyone that screws me over. Never fails... shortly after someone does something bad to me, their world crashes to the ground.
Life may not be sweet, but Karma... now that's a motherfucker!
I hope your troubles are short lived.
