My kids will be out in force getting the candy left behind those staying home afraid of the taliban boogeyman...
My kids know that we always inspect the candy at home before they get any. They know about not eating opened candy and such...
When I was a kid, my mother was the same way..yet no one ever had problems..I guess it's all part of being a parent...
I seriously doubt that if someone had anthrax they'd waste it on a few kids on Halloween...
