For those of you who don't know, it basically works like an anti-virus program in that it scans source code before the browser displays it. Except this replaces affiliate codes with their own. Just a guess here, but I'm sure they likely target well-known sponsor programs instead of replacing all instances of "id=whatever" in the URL's since that usually doesn't involve affiliate codes.

They will also replace the code in the URL in the address field after the link is clicked.
