I've had it with this guy. He's a lyer. And a staller. My patience with him is up. Like someone said here. I don't have time to deal with this.
I found he used this name. He said he couldn't afford a domain-name. Bullshit, but fine. Waited for a paypal account to go through (sending the guy 30 bucks for this domain is cheaper than sending a lawyer after him and making a deal about this will solve the whole matter much quicker). Now I see he's ACTIVELY using this name EVEN THOUGH I told him I would NOT allow abuse of my name by this fellow.
He said here he made 3 bucks a day now... So I told him that was enough for him to buy a new domain. Then he says he's not making 3 bucks anymore, that was only the first couple of days. Yeah, right. This guy ran warez-sites. He is used to steal from others. Well, listen buddy, my patience is up. I'm going to take action. Might be the long road and send my attorney after you, who knows.
People like these are just not worth spending thousands of dollars on attornies on. And frankly I don't think he has the money to repay me once he looses his case in court. But I don't mind taking the action that has to be taken. Will, you haven't been showing the cooperation someone who "closed a deal" should have. You KNEW you were using my name and you KNEW I was against that. Now I see you're trying to make the most of this domain for the time you got it. I'm sick and tired of the little excuses and turns you're making when you're caught on another little lie. September 4 this domain will be down or I'll initiate action myself. End of Story
