1) You stole the hun's name to make your own version of it. I don't care what people on here think. There is tons of case law on this. Their OPINIONS mean jack shit. It is clearly in violation of the trademark statutes. Look up the case law.
The examples given don't mean crap - this is settled case law. No one can own the right to the word sex when it comes to sex and if someone had a non sexual site about The Huns - it would be allowed. This is different and clearly against trademark laws. Go to findlaw.com and look it up if you think differently.
This means the hun has to take time out from his day to deal with crap like this. Which he seems to be having to do on a more frequent level. Less time for him to review galleries. As someone else mentioned HE IS REQUIRED to do this to keep the rights to his name.
2) 1,000 hits a day - Please tell us how you got all those bookmarkers in that period of time. I also note that your top two named url refferers are this board - and a redirect from freeservers. Does freeservers suddenly allow porn links??

You have no regard for the rules whatsoever. Why people are willing to help you is beyond me. I do not mean this as a personal attack, it is just business. You are bad for business - why SHOULDN'T he have a problem.
