It's sickening that he only got 3 years probation. Any hear about the new anti-terrorism law they are trying to pass that would lock up anyone that defaces or hacks a web site for 25 years with no chance of parole?
Imagine some 15 year old kid out there hacking the Microsoft site to say "Microsoft Sucks", or something like that, and being put away for 25 years, while other people can go around stabbing people and walk around free.
Not that hackers should get away without jail time, but 25 years with no parole? Who comes up with this shit?
