Who said anything about dialers? We are talking about unsolicited email.
And in case you are new in the business, ALL dialers warn the user what is happening. If they don't read the agreement, that's not our problem. 99.999% of us don't go and spam for our dialers. If a user finds our dialers, they are already on our site. We're not invading their email box with crap they really don't want. Any dialer money I get is because of the user clicking a link to my dialer.
