Indefinitely under the right conditions but most women tend to get sore after an hour or so of nonstop sex and a lot of women are not multi-orgasmic (they lose sexual desire after 1 or 2 orgasms), so really, unless you have a rare woman who has a super vagina that can take hours of punishment, it's not a big deal.
