normally newsgroups and IRC .. P2P stuff is too slow IMO. If they listed where the stuff was at the page would be illegal. They just post the stuff that got released so it's concidered news.
Buch of guys I used to work with were into all that stuff that's why I know..But IMO its way too much work for some lazy guy like me
