See, I think this is the point people are missing.
If my children see a guy in a thong, then it really isn't that big of a deal. My daughter would probably laugh her ass off. What I question is this guys motives?
1) He only does it early in the morning when kids are walking to school.
2) He only does it when his wife is not around.
It doesn't seem to be a matter of him thinking it is totally ok. If he did, then he would do it when his wife was around. So, he is probably just a perv. I would call the cops just to have a record of it.
