You need Adobe After Effects plugin and mesh warp to make
those kinds of things in Photoshop. Just use mesh warp in
Corel (the best mesh warper) or Paintshop Pro has a lamer
mesh warp (the graph isn't as compressible as Corel's).
I took tummies and hips into mesh warp from some clothed
model shoots, I assisted on, a couple of years ago. The girls
said after "gee I really look good". Heh, never bothered to
tell them about tweekin' the pics.
